Lyricify Unable to Retrieve Current Playback Information
Lyricify is not displaying the currently playing song.
Causes
Section titled “Causes”Spotify has not uploaded the current playback information. This could be due to network issues or problems with the Spotify client.
Solutions
Section titled “Solutions”- Try restarting the Spotify client.
- If you are using a campus network, you can try using a hotspot.
- If you are using a VPN, try switching nodes, adjusting traffic splitting, or changing service providers.
- Reinstall the latest version of Spotify.
- Use the Spotify web version.
- The playback information is provided by Spotify, not Lyricify’s fault; find a way to resolve it yourself.
