Auto Update

Lyricify Lite supports automatic updates, with the following policies.

Microsoft Store Version

The automatic updates for the Microsoft Store version are managed by Microsoft.
The default policy for Lyricify Lite is to automatically check for updates at startup. If an update is available, it will request the Microsoft Store for a silent update, which will be completed when the user closes Lyricify Lite or restarts the application.
You can modify this policy in the settings of Lyricify Lite.

Non-Microsoft Store Version (GitHub Version)

The automatic updates for the non-Microsoft Store version are managed by Lyricify Lite.
Lyricify Lite will automatically check for updates at startup. If an update is available, it will immediately download and install the update, automatically restarting Lyricify Lite in the process.
Lyricify Lite has automatic updates enabled by default, and you can modify this policy in the settings to disable regular updates. It is important to note that forced updates when the version is too low are not affected by this setting.
