No Response After Successful Authorization or Manual Authorization Failure
The browser indicates successful authorization, but there is no response on Lyricify. Alternatively, an error message appears when clicking “Having trouble logging in” in the lower left corner for manual authorization.
Causes
Section titled “Causes”Poor network connection status prevents connection to the Spotify server. This is unrelated to Lyricify.
Solutions
Section titled “Solutions”Change your network environment. If you are using a proxy, try switching nodes or service providers.
Please ensure that both of these Spotify domains can be pinged successfully on your network:
accounts.spotify.comapi.spotify.comIf you can connect but still cannot complete the authorization for Lyricify, continue to change your network connection or service provider until you can connect.
If you are in the Chinese Mainland and are not using a proxy, you may try enabling a proxy and then retrying.
What Lyricify can guarantee is that there is no issue with Lyricify itself; this problem is due to user-side network issues.
