Inaccurate Track Timeline
In some cases, the timeline displayed for the lyrics may deviate from the actual playback progress.
Solutions
Section titled “Solutions”Please ensure that the Media Session is connected, and then try the following methods to correct it:
- Click on any line of lyrics to manually correct the timeline.
- Pause and then immediately resume playback, which can also automatically correct the timeline deviation.
- If the above methods do not work, it is recommended to use Spotify version 1.2.45.454, as this version has more accurate SMTC timeline synchronization, while later versions may have deviations.
- If the timeline shifts after an automatic track change, you can optionally enable the “Timeline Correction Plus” feature. This setting is located in
SettingsAdvancedEnable Media Session EnhancementsEnable Timeline Correction Plus.
