Auto Update
Lyricify Fusion supports auto updates, with the following policies.
Microsoft Store Version
Section titled “Microsoft Store Version”The auto update for the Microsoft Store version is managed by Microsoft.
The default policy for Lyricify Fusion is to automatically check for updates at startup. If an update is available, it will request the Microsoft Store for a silent update, completing the update when the user closes Lyricify Fusion or restarts the application.
You can modify this policy in the settings of Lyricify Fusion.
Non-Microsoft Store Version (GitHub Version)
Section titled “Non-Microsoft Store Version (GitHub Version)”The auto update for the non-Microsoft Store version is managed by Lyricify Fusion.
Lyricify Fusion automatically checks for updates at startup. If an update is available, it will immediately download and install the update, automatically restarting Lyricify Fusion during the update process.
Lyricify Fusion has auto updates enabled by default, and you can modify this policy in the settings to disable regular updates. It is important to note that forced updates when the version is too low are not affected by this setting.
