Render Thread Crash
The entire interface may appear frozen or completely white, with the screen not moving at all, but it is actually still operable (for example, resizing the window, mouse clicks responding, and the mouse pointer changing in different areas).
The log records it as System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: UCEERR_RENDERTHREADFAILURE or System.OutOfMemoryException: Insufficient memory to continue the execution of the program.
This issue was discovered in late December 2022, fixed in early April 2023, and the fix was released with Lyricify 4.1 in May 2023.
Unknown. No specific cause has been identified. It may be an issue with WPF itself, or it could be caused by Media Session, and there are suspicions regarding the Windows 11 Mica material.
Due to the limited available memory for 32-bit applications, crashes are more likely to occur on certain systems.
