Custom Fonts

Lyricify Lite has a powerful custom font feature that allows you to set custom fonts for the “Dynamic Lyrics Island” and “Desktop Lyrics.” If you want to customize fonts, you can do so by following these steps:

1. In the settings, find the Font Family setting for the corresponding interface and click the Custom button.
2. This will open the Font Selection Tool window, with the list of installed fonts on the left and the custom font list on the right.
3. Find the font you want to set on the left, select it, and click Add to List or double-click the font to add it to the custom font list on the right.
4. Click OK to save. Before saving, you can test the custom font effect in the Preview text box.
5. If you want to set different fonts for Chinese and Western text, you can learn about the Font Fallback Mechanism. The built-in Font Selection Tool in Lyricify Lite supports Font Fallback.

If you want to use a bold version of a font, you can set it up like this:

1. First, set the font in the Font Selection Tool (as described above).
2. Click the Open button in the Settings window on the Advanced page under Settings File.
3. In the opened file, find the corresponding font configuration.
   • Desktop Lyrics: desktop_lyrics font_family
4. Modify the font name by adding Bold at the end of the font name, for example, change Microsoft YaHei to Microsoft YaHei Bold.

Note:

1. Not all fonts support this modification to a bold version.
